JPG to PDF puts your images into one PDF, one image per page - photos of receipts, scanned pages, screenshots, a stack of phone pictures. Reorder them by dragging, choose whether each page takes the image's own shape or a standard A4 or Letter sheet, and add a margin if you plan to print. JPG and PNG files go in untouched, phone photos come out the right way up, and the PDF is built entirely in this browser tab with pdf-lib - nothing is uploaded.

How to use it

  1. Paste, drag and drop, or click to choose images - JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC. Add more at any time.
  2. Drag the thumbnails (or use the arrows) to set the page order.
  3. Pick a page size: Fit to image, A4 or Letter. For paper sizes, choose the orientation and a margin.
  4. Click Create PDF - images.pdf downloads straight away. Use "Make another PDF" to start fresh.

Frequently asked questions

Are my images uploaded to a server?

No - the PDF is assembled in your browser with pdf-lib. Your photos never leave your device, and nothing is stored after you close the tab.

Which image formats can I add?

JPG, PNG and WebP, plus HEIC/HEIF photos from an iPhone (decoded in the browser with a WebAssembly build of libheif). GIF, BMP and AVIF also work in browsers that can open them. Only the first frame of an animated GIF is used.

Will my photos lose quality?

JPG and PNG files are placed into the PDF exactly as they are - no recompression. WebP, HEIC and other formats are converted to high-quality JPEG (92%) first, since a PDF can't hold them directly.

Why were my phone photos sideways in other converters?

Phones often save a photo sideways and add a note (EXIF orientation) saying which way is up. PDFs ignore that note. This tool reads it and rotates each page's image so it comes out the way your phone showed it.

What does “Fit to image” do?

Each page takes the exact shape of its image, so nothing is letterboxed and pages can differ in size. Choose A4 or Letter instead when you plan to print - the image is scaled to fit the paper, centred, inside the margin you pick.

Is there a limit on how many images I can add?

No fixed limit - it depends on your device's memory. Dozens of phone photos work fine on a laptop; on an older phone, very large batches can run out of memory, so split them up.

Can I reorder the pages?

Yes - drag the thumbnails, or use the arrow buttons on each one. The page numbers update as you go, and the PDF follows that order.
